publishes 3 of my 4 books:

The site contains book excerpts and photos, a secure internet shopping site for books and unschooling T-shirts, information on quantity discounts and information for bookstores/wholesalers/catalogers, etc.  

Guerrilla Learning: how to give your kids a real education with or without school, which I co-authored with Amy Silver, is published by John Wiley and sons. But you can read more about it, and buy a copy, at the Lowry House website.

"NBTSC is the only place where I have met so many totally inspiring, giving, caring people in one week--let alone people my one age. As soon as I got off the bus, all these people came up and hugged me--that's completely the spirit of NBTSC. Instead everyone was constantly building each other up and helping one another out. I’m just sad I didn’t find out about camp sooner."

If you're interested in a great idea I had that went comatose, click here. I envisioned a project called The Dream House, which would have been a residential house for unschooled teenagers in Oakland, California. It's not going to be a dream come true in the forseeable future, because we never got enough people registered to make a session go. (The main problems seemed to be affordability and parents' understandable nervousness about sending their kids away for 10 weeks at a time, particularly to a big city.) But, I've left the website up because a lot of people have said that it inspired them to consider trying similar  projects.
